Your data
In accordance with the European and German Data Protection Act we use your data to perform a contract (Art. 6b GDPR), for protection of justifiable interests (Art. 6f GDPR), following your consent (Art. 6a GDPR) or due to statutory provisions with regards to tax purposes (Art. 6e GDPR) or public interest (Art. 6e GDPR). While visiting our website, automatically gathered data can only be attributed to a person if the user logs in with a username and password. The following data is logged automatically: Device-ID or unique ID, computer and connection information, referral URL, IP-address, statistical data on page views and anonymous data generated by our cookies. Additionally we collect and save the following data you supply on our website:
• Data needed to create a member account such as email address, name, password and gender
• Data needed to generate an offer such as billing and delivery address, payment information and, if applicable, a phone number.
• Usage data of your activity on our website (i.e. content that is generated: watchlist)

Processing your data
Your personal data will only be used without your consent to generate a contract or to correspond with you regarding a query you submitted. Your data will only be circulated to third parties if the contract requires this and if you have given your consent by placing the order. In addition we use your personal data for advertising and marketing purposes if you have also given your consent to this. This consent can be retracted at any time.

Web analysis with Google Analytics
